This month we honour the late K\u00f4ji Wakamatsu, great provocateur and \u2018godfather of the pink movie\u2019, who mixed sex, violence and politics to explosive effect. We have reviews of Violent Virgin<\/i><\/a>, Running in Madness, Dying in Love<\/i><\/a>, Go, Go Second-Time Virgin<\/i><\/a>, Secret Acts behind Walls<\/i><\/a>, Pool without Water<\/i><\/a> and Caterpillar<\/i><\/a>, as well as a Comic Strip Review of Naked Bullet<\/i><\/a> and a Reel Sounds column on the Ecstasy of the Angels<\/i><\/a> soundtrack. An article taken from Behind the Pink Curtain<\/i><\/a> by Jasper Sharp looks at Wakamatsu\u2019s career and we have an interview with the man himself on his Mishima film, 11.25.
