Alex Cox discusses his book <em>I Am (Not) a Number<\/em>, which investigates a potential solution to the mystery of <em>The Prisoner<\/em>, and two of his films: <em>Three Businessmen<\/em> and <em>Death and the Compass<\/em>, which is based on the short story by Jorge Luis Borges.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Hampton Fancher explains the process of adapting Philip K. Dick&#8217;s novel <em>Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep<\/em> into his scripts for <em>Blade Runner<\/em> and <em>Blade Runner 2049<\/em>. He also talks about turning the original opening scene from the movie into his short story &#8216;The Shape of the Final Dog&#8217;, the potential for future sequels, and writing the films <em>The Mighty Quinn<\/em> and <em>The Minus Man<\/em>, which he also directed.<\/p>\n<p>The Electric Sheep Film Show is broadcast on the third Wednesday every two month, 5.30-6.30pm at <a
