Other exciting competition titles include Alfonso Cuaron\u2019s <em>Roma<\/em>, the Jacques Audiard Western <em>The Sisters Brothers<\/em>, Luca Guadagnino\u2019s <em>Suspiria<\/em> remake, Yorgos Lanthimos\u2019 <em>The Favourite<\/em> and Julien Schabel\u2019s Vincent Van Gogh portrait <em>At Eternity\u2019s Gate<\/em> with Willem Dafoe, Oscar Isaac, Rupert Friend and Mads Mikkelsen.<\/p>\n<p>Also promising looks <em>Vox Lux<\/em>, the latest offering from <em>Childhood Of A Leader<\/em> director Brady Corbet, while the sole female director in competition is Jennifer Kent with her <em>Babadook<\/em> follow-up, <em>The Nightingale<\/em>. <\/p>\n<p>Out of competition, we look forward to Pablo Trapero\u2019s new film <em>La Quietud<\/em>, <em>Shadow<\/em> by Chinese master Zhang Yimou and S Craig Zahlers latest brutal offering <em>Dragged Across Concrete<\/em>. Terrence Malick\u2019s 180-minute <em>The Tree Of Life (Extended Cut)<\/em> is screening in the Sconfini section, while Orson Welles\u2019 previously unfinished film, <em>The Other Side Of The Wind<\/em>, will be presented as a special event.<\/p>\n<p>As for the documentaries on offer this year, Errol Morris\u2019 <em>American Dharma<\/em> stands out, alongside the Peter Bogdonavich-directed doc about legendary silent film star Buster Keaton entitled <em>The Great Buster<\/em>.
