We also preview the 16th Raindance Film Festival<\/A> and the Compass of Mystery Film Festival<\/A>, report on Film4 FrightFest 2008<\/A>, investigate the MacGuffin Library<\/A> and talk to Helen McCarthy about Japanese manga and anim\u00c3\u00a9<\/I> master Osamu Tezuka<\/A>.
