\"audio\"<\/a>In this extended first part of the show, Alex Fitch talks to director Richard Stanley<\/b> and composer Simon Boswell<\/b> about their legendary 1990 sci-fi tale Hardware<\/i><\/a>, the former\u2019s plans to direct an adaptaion of H.P.Lovecraft\u2019s The Colour out of Space<\/i> and the latter\u2019s scores for other genre classics such as Sante Sangre<\/i><\/a> and Shallow Grave<\/i>, while director Jeff Lieberman <\/b> discusses his 1976 worm horror Squirm<\/i><\/a> during his visit to last year’s Cine-Excess<\/a> at the University of Brighton.<\/p>\n

\"audio\"<\/a> In the second part of the show, Virginie Sélavy talks to Canadian writer Kier-La Janisse<\/b> about the new anthology book she has edited called Satanic Panic<\/i><\/a>, which explores how the fear of a Satanic conspiracy spread through 1980s pop culture, followed by a round-up of this year’s London Film Festival<\/a> with film critic and cartoonist Mark Stafford.<\/p>\n
