In this show, Alex Fitch looks at the connections between art and film, on display in current Summer Exhibitions. Interviews include Patrick Gyger and Stefan Riekeles, the curators of Into The Unknown: A Journey Through Science Fiction at The Barbican and Anime Architecture at House of Illustration, respectively. Also in this show, American cinematographer Arthur Jafa discusses how he lensed Daughters of the Dust and curated work on display at the Serpentine Sackler gallery, while Instagram artist Nemiepeba talks about seeing her work on display as part of his exhibition A Series of Utterly Improbable, Yet Extraordinary Renditions.
