Rakoff talks about the bowdlerisation of his script for ‘Living in Harmony’, his experiences with Lindsay Anderson on such films as If…. and O Lucky , working with Nicolas Roeg, Stephen Frears and John
Boorman and his lifetime interest in comic books.
